Returns

Ebooks and Audiobooks

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

The digital product may remain on your device after your refund is complete. We are aware that some individuals will take advantage of this policy, but we are confident that you will not.

To submit a request for a refund of an ebook or audiobook, please send an email message to shop@tanyaewilliams.com, and include the following:

1. Your purchase receipt

2. The reason for your refund request.

If you are requesting a refund due to difficulty using our product with your e-reader, please include in your refund request a copy of the email correspondence with the BookFunnel support department. Refunds will not be processed without this information.

If you are requesting a refund due to accidentally purchasing ebooks rather than physical books, a store credit will be issued for your order total, enabling you to purchase physical books directly from store.tanyaewilliams.com.

All other products

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Paperback books
  • Hardback books

Paperback and Hardback books are printed on demand when an order is placed thus making them non-returnable.

Haven't received a refund yet?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If you’ve taken these steps and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@tanyaewilliams.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send an email with images of the damage to shop@tanyaewilliams.com

Shipping

Where applicable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it is damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
