Ebooks & Audiobooks:

Rippling Effects / Tanya E Williams sells digital products on this website. Your product will be delivered to you via a download link in an email immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam, junk, or promotional folder as some email providers direct purchase emails there sometimes rather than your inbox. 

A few things to note:

1. Please check your email for a message from help@BookFunnel. You may receive one message for each ebook you purchased. If you don't see a message within five minutes of your purchase, please be sure to check your spam folder.

2. Click on the link contained in the email from BookFunnel. This will take you to the download page.

3. On the download page, click on the large button. Choose your favourite e-reader from the list, and then follow the simple steps to download your book.

If you have any trouble at all, click the "NEED HELP" link on the download page. This is the fastest way to get help downloading your books and the kind folks at BookFunnel are experts in this regard.

Paperback & Hardback Editions:

Rippling Effects / Tanya E Williams sells paperback and hardback editions on this website. Due to demand, your product will be printed and shipped from an Amazon printing facility. You will receive an order confirmation via email upon placing a paper book order.

A few things to note:

1. Delivery between countries can take an extra bit of time. Please be aware of this when you select your delivery preference at checkout.

2. Rippling Effects / Tanya E Williams are aware this delay of delivery time might not suit every reader. We chose the option of small print runs in order to reduce our carbon footprint by printing books only as they are required. If you require faster delivery, please select the fastest option at checkout or visit another of your favourite online book retailers to see if they accommodate a speedier shipping timeline for you.
