Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)
- Digital products may be eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted to shop@tanyaewilliams.com
- Once refunded, access to the digital product may be revoked
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse
Physical Books
- All physical book sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
